About the Role
We need a Website Project Manager! This is a remote (work from home) position and is required to be working during US-Mountain Standard Time working hours. (GMT-7) You will be handing some client communication and will need to be working on the same timezone as our US team to make sure operations run smoothly.
To clarify, this is not a role that you need significant Wordpress development experience in, but you need to be excellent at Project Management, and you need to be willing to learn and get your hands dirty in website development.

- Project Management
- Able to create, initiate, and oversee a website project to the finish line.
- Ability to manage multiple build projects on different timelines.
- Able to oversee and manage all tasks on the Ad-Hoc Support Board (conveyor belt of website requests) to the desired result in a timely manner (normally 3 days delivery)
- High enough view of all website builds to be able to see when something is behind and to make changes early enough to meet the timelines set.
- Able to see the consistent breakdowns in a process and create Lead Measures to provide earlier insight into a potential delay
- Consistent breakdowns (bottlenecks) are acknowledged and improvements in the process are made
- Leadership
- Confident in their ability to drive a task or project to a desired result/outcome
- Able to bring a team alongside in a project or task and drive the team through the finish line
- Ability to foresee potential roadblocks and ask for help beforehand in order to guarantee deadlines and results are achieved
- Able to challenge any players that are accountable in the Website Build or Ad-Hoc Support Process and work with all players involved to ensure a successful delivery
- Client Communication

- Ability to hop onto a Zoom, and walk-through the 1st Draft of a client’s new website. You need to be able to lead this conversation, showcase the prowess of our development team and answer any questions/requests from the client with confidence.

- Ability to balance website builds, ad-hoc tickets and other special projects for on time delivery
- With accurate reporting, able to help the website team balance workload and to raise the level of productivity in the website team
