About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, capable, experienced Google Ads PPC Specialist. Can not only execute the creation and management of sound, profitable Google Ads Campaign but also is passionate about getting tangible and trackable results. 💰
This is not a supportive role to assist with a Google Ads team, you will be spearheading campaigns for 20-30 Clients. The stakes are high but there are lots of opportunities to build out your Case Study Portfolio as well! 💪
Outcomes You Are Responsible For
Outcomes are tangible and measurable items that are core to your role and cultivate the value that we pay for you to create. These are core outcomes that allows you to know if you are winning in your role.
- Create, Optimize, and Manage Ad Campaigns that will result in a positive ROAS within 90 days, and will become a profitable, scalable channel for the client.
- Manage ad-spend budget exactly to plan each month
- Know with 80% accuracy the lead attribution of ads vs organic for each client
Capabilities
These are the capabilities that we believe you need to excel at in order to succeed in this role and achieve the valuable outcomes we need you to create in the role.
- Deep level of understanding of Google Ads & Google Local Service Ads and how it works including ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
- Ability to leverage lead tracking and conversions to get clarity on data and lead attribution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other online advertising tools.
- Ability to conduct a Google Ads audit and find items that are doing well and items to improve that drive results
- Ability to build a comprehensive Google Ads campaign from the ground up to launch for success
- Need to know how to time manage and choose actionable decisions to leverage ads
- Ability to create reporting using a 3rd party platform to measure and track the progress of a campaign (lookerstudio, airtables, etc..)
