✅ Find yourself wanting to make a real impact in your work. You find yourself wanting to pull your hair out when your current company won’t make changes that you know will make huge impact; even if it’s more work to you because it’s about doing it the best way not just living in the “that is how we always have done it”

✅ Whether you were a barista, janitor, sales rep; no matter the role you were in you end up finding yourself as the person who picks things up faster than most, you work faster and more efficient than most, and people end up going to you for answers because you know the most. It’s like this at all your companies and you don’t know why others “can’t just do the same thing you do”

✅ You find yourself wanting to know the why behind doing something. You can complete work but understand the why makes you enjoy the work more. And if the “Why” makes no sense, you find yourself wanting to find a better solution.

✅ You own outcomes. You try not to give excuses often. You do what you say you will do.

✅ You have no desire for a mediocore job that allows you to just “sit back and drink a beer” while you work

🚫 We're fairly small (~35 people), so if you like more hierarchy and levels of management in a bigger company, this company isn't for you.

🚫 We don't have it all figured out. As a bootstrapped, entrepreneurial-driven startup, there are many areas of the company where we're still "building the rocket on the way up." So, if you require a tested and proven playbook to perform every aspect of your job, then this probably isn't the place for you.

🚫 We work really, really hard. Everyone on the team is extremely mission-driven, and works incredibly hard to achieve our "comfortably-uncomfortable" goals. While we DON'T believe in working weekends or pulling "all-nighters" as a normal course of business, if you want a cushy, 40-hour per week job, you probably won't like it here.

🚫 We admit when we are wrong, pivot fast, and embrace change when change is needed. But we WILL shift projects and priorities when presented with new data. If you like the same thing, all the time and thrive with very little change, then this won’t be the company for you.
